The advisory board of the foundation consists of two advisory board members .The remuneration for advisory board members is limited to an expense allowance or minimum attendance allowance.
The advisory board provides
- solicited and unsolicited advice to the board;
- advice on all actions and activities that are necessary to maintain the Public Benefit Organization (ANBI) status of the foundation;
- advice on the appointment, suspension and dismissal of board members of the foundation;
- advice on the adoption of the annual accounts of the foundation;
- advice on the appointment of the financial expert/accountant for the audit of the annual accounts;
- and finally advice on decisions to amend the articles of association and dissolve the foundation.
